The ANOVA test revealed a significant reduction in insulitis in mice fed CTB-INS or CTB-Ins-GFP in contrast to the CTB-GFP or Saline group (1.1 ± 0.3 and 1.4 ± 0.3 versus 2.9 ± 0.5 and 3.1 ± 0.6, resp., ). No significant difference in insulitis score was found in mice fed either CTB-GFP or Saline. Six mice per group were tested in two separate experiments.
