Antitumor immunity in vivo. Mice were challenged subcutaneously with RM-1 cells ( cells/mouse), then 106 tumor vaccine cells (RM-1, RM-1/pCDNA3.1, RM-1/4-1BBL) were immunized at the same day, with 9H10 or control hamster IgG intraperitoneally every 3 d. The data are expressed as means ± SD of three replicates ( ).
