Proliferation assay. [³H] thymidine incorporation of naïve (CD45RA+) and memory (CD45RO+) CD4+ T cells following in vitro stimulation with CD3/CD28 beads, in the presence or absence of ciglitazone. Data are expressed as the mean cpm of triplicate cultures ± SEM. The experiments were repeated three times.
