Characterisation of an IFN--producing T cell-positive subject at day 7 after vaccination. PBMCs were expanded in vitro in the absence of exogenous influenza virus antigen, and the expression of CD4, CD8, TCR, CD161, V24, and TCR surface antigens was assessed by flow cytometry.
