Number of subjects and percentage of IFN-𝛾-producing CD3⁺CD4⁻CD8⁻𝛾𝛿⁺ T cell responders only detected at a single time point (i.e., day 0, day 7, or day 30) or multiple time points within each of the four study cohorts which were comprised of various formulations of influenza and ISCOMATRIX adjuvant. The number of CD3⁺CD4⁻CD8⁻𝛾𝛿⁺ T cell responders was compared between cohorts by a Chi-squared test using the statistical program SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3.
