Intracellular Ca2+ release by colostral, maternal blood and cord blood phagocytes of diabetic mothers stimulated or not with cytokines. Cells were stained with Fluo-3, and immunofluorescence analyses were carried out by flow cytometry (FACScalibur, Becton Dickinson, USA).
