Effect of previous immunization with BCG and BCG/pVAXhsp65 in clinical EAE development. Female Lewis rats were immunized with BCG alone or with BCG followed by pVAXhsp65 boosters and then underwent EAE induction by inoculation of MBP emulsified with CFA.
