Heparin treatment affects the mRNA expression of CCR2, IL1β, and TLR7 in kidneys of B/W mice. The mRNA expression of CCR2 (a), IL1β (b), IL10 (c), TLR2 (d), and TLR7 (e) was increased in Group 3 mice compared to Group 1 mice. The mRNA expression of CCR2 (a), IL1β (b), and TLR7 (e) was significantly reduced in Heparin-treated mice compared to Group 3 mice. Data is given as Log 2 of mean ± SEM of fold change values normalized against 4-week-old mice (𝑛=3).
