Subsequently, the titers obtained from the NOVA View interpretation were used to generate a ROC curve showing very good agreement (). (b) Spearman’s correlation (all samples, ) between manual indirect immunofluorescence interpretation and NOVA View. Excellent correlation of rho = 0.96 was found.
