Effect of siRNA on the expression of FAM and TRB3 in cells. Transient transfection of cells with TRB3 siRNA induced FAM expression, indicating successful transfection. FAM expression was observed at 0 and 48 h after transfection. Cells were transfected with TRB3 siRNA or its corresponding negative control and then incubated with NG (5.5 mM glucose) for 48 h.
