Cathepsin B activation in MARCO −/− and WT AM exposed to silica. MARCO−/− AM and WT AM were stimulated with or without LPS (20 ng/mL) and then exposed to silica (100 μg/mL) for 2 hrs prior to cathepsin B activity assay.
