ELISA analysis of H5N1 HA antigen binding capacity of SIgA. H5N1 HA or BSA was coated on 96-well plate as the capture antigens. The produced SIgA was added as the primary antibody, and the secondary antibody was HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgA. Data were the average of three independent experiments and shown as mean ± SD. Significance was determined by using independent -test ().
