ERK phosphorylation.Detection of phosphorylation of ERK1/2 by Western blot in protein extracts of HEp-2 and A549 cells infected with HPIV-1 live at different time points: (a) phospho-ERK was detected with p-ERK1/2 (sc-81492) antibody as a loading control and total ERK1/2 (sc-292838) in HEp-2 cells; (b) densitometric analysis of ERK1/2 protein concentrations; (c) phospho-ERK and total ERK1/2 protein concentrations in A549 cells; (d) densitometric analysis of protein concentrations.
