Stimulatory effect of tumor-activated γ δ T cells on primary CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells. For this test, 2 × 10⁵ cells/mL CFSE-prelabeled primary CD4⁺ T cells ((a) and (b)) or CD8⁺ T cells ((c) and (d)) as responders were incubated with tumor-activated or peripheral-derived γ δ T cells at the indicated ratios in 24-well plates with or without blocking antibodies (2 μg/mL) and in transwell plates (e).
