Proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines induced by JEV in TLR3 and RIG-I knockdown BV-2 cells. BV-2 cells were transfected with RIG-I shRNA (RIG-I KD), TLR3 shRNA (TLR3 KD), or negative control shRNA (CTR) and then infected with JEV at an MOI of 1.
