Sensitivity (%) of cyclin B1 is (𝐴+𝐶)/(𝐴+𝐵+𝐶+𝐷)=11/35=31.4%.
Sensitivity (%) of both PSA and cyclin B1 combined is (𝐴+𝐵+𝐶)/(𝐴+𝐵+𝐶+𝐷)=23/35=65.7%.
Cyclin B1 positive in individuals with PSA <4 ng/mL is 𝐶/(𝐶+𝐷)=5/17=29.4%.
