fMLP-Induced IL-8 Release Is Dependent on NADPH Oxidase in Human Neutrophils

Amiloride reduces IL-8 and ROS production induced by fMLP. Neutrophils were incubated with vehicle or amiloride (100 or 500 μM) for 30 min and stimulated with fMLP for 4 h. IL-8 production was analysed in the supernatants by ELISA (a).
