<div>IL-5 synthesis by spleen cells. Spleen cells from mice treated with saline (Sal),<i> P. acnes</i> (Pa), or PS were obtained 14 days after HEW implantation and intracellularly stained with fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal anti-IL-5 antibody.
