Total RNA was isolated from mice calvariae after daily supracalvarial injections of PBS, LPS alone (100 g/day), LPS with IL-12 (1.5 g/day), or IL-12 alone for 5 days. (a) Fas mRNA levels. (b) FasL mRNA levels. The mRNA levels of Fas and FasL were normalized by the corresponding GAPDH mRNA levels. Results are expressed as means ± SD ( = 6; < 0.05). Differences were detected using Scheffe’s tests.
