White material is the lyophilized synthetic ODNs. (b) Saline (1 mL) was directly added to each vial. K3, D35-dAs40, and D35core-dAs40 were completely solubilized in saline at 5 min. D35 was not completely dissolved in saline with many visible gelatinous aggregations, and this insolubilized status was unchanged for at least 1 month.
