IL-34 suppressed TLR2 and Dectin-1 mRNA expression in M1 macrophages. M1 macrophages derived from mouse bone marrow cells were cultured with or without mouse recombinant IL-34 (100 ng/mL). (a) The mRNA expression of TLR2 and Dectin-1 was decreased. (b) TLR4 expression was not altered by IL-34. However, Mannose Receptor (MR) was significantly upregulated by IL-34. (c) IL-34 suppressing TLR2 and Dectin-1 was confirmed in RAW264.7 cell lines in a dose dependent manner. The results are the representative of 3 experiments. and  .
