Chemokine expression in pNS1 or pNS2 transfected cells. A549 cells were transfected with pNS1 or pNS2 for 1 h and then treated with poly IC at a final concentration of 10 μg/mL for the indicated times. The cultured supernatants were collected for determining the levels of MIP-α (a), RANTES (b), and IL-6 (c) using ELISA. The results are shown as the mean ± SE of three independent experiments.
