Regulatory T cells are selectively expanded and altered in the lamina propria of mice. (a–d) Four-month-old mice and their littermate controls ( for each group) were sacrificed. Single cell suspensions from spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN), and lamina propria (LP) were counted and analyzed by flow cytometry. The percentage of Foxp3+ cells among CD4 T cells was presented in the bar graph. A representative of three independent experiments is shown.
