The Memories of NK Cells: Innate-Adaptive Immune Intrinsic Crosstalk

Along four pathways of NK cell memory. Exploiting the occurrence of different activating receptors surfaced during NK cell evolution, NK cells have developed different abilities to generate NK cell memory. A model with the sequence of the different NK cell “memories” occurred during NK cell ontogenesis is proposed.
