(c) and (d) Supernatant from infected cells was recovered at different time points after infection and added to fresh RAW macrophages and proliferation was evaluated at 12 h and 24 h in the presence of EdU. RAW macrophages were stained with Alexa Fluor 488 and proliferation was evaluated by flow cytometry.
