Effect of ILT4 ligation on cytokine release by DC from patients with SLE and healthy controls. DC generated in vitro with GM-CSF/IL-4 were maturated for 48 h with LPS or LPS with anti-ILT4 or LPS plus anti-ILT4/anti-ILT2 agonistic mAbs (aILT4/ILT2). Then, culture supernatants were obtained, and the concentrations of the indicated cytokines were determined by flow cytometry.
