The percentage of CCR7+ cells within the CXCR5+CD4+ T lymphocyte region was calculated for CVID Group I and Group II patients and N (% CXCR5+CCR7+/CXCR5+) (a). Likewise, the percentage of PD-1+ cells in the CXCR5+CD4+ T lymphocyte region was determined (CXCR5+PD-1+/CXCR5+) (b). Statistical differences are consigned in the graph.
