Comparative In Vitro Immune Stimulation Analysis of Primary Human B Cells and B Cell Lines

Comparative flow cytometric analysis of cell surface markers shows a close resemblance in expression profile between human peripheral B cells and Namalwa. The histogram plots from one out of four independent experiments show the expression of the cell surface markers before (grey region) and after 24 hours of stimulation (black line) with 0.1 μM ODN2006. Comparison of activation marker upregulation on B cells versus Namalwa was performed by t-test analysis of induction ratios for each marker from four independent experiments.
