Phagocytosis of monocytes-induced macrophage as demonstrated by CFSE. CFSE-labeled normal PBMCs were incubated with monocyte-induced macrophages from either normal controls (a) or patients with MDS (b). These cells were assessed by immunofluorescence microscopy for the presence of fluorescently labeled normal PBMCs within the macrophages (indicated by arrows).
