Inverse correlation between CD57⁺NKG2C⁺ NK frequency and the percentage of CMV-specific CD8⁺ T cells expressing CD28 in HIV-infected subjects. In the HIV-infected subject group only, Spearman nonparametric correlation indicated significant inverse correlation between CD57⁺NKG2C⁺ NK frequency and percentage of CMV-specific CD8⁺ T cells expressing CD28. Linear regression was done to produce the line of best fit. The correlation coefficient () and probability of significant correlation () are shown within the graph frame.
