Downregulation of p70S6K Enhances Cell Sensitivity to Rapamycin in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

<div>Effects of rapamycin on cell cycle phase. EC9706 cells were transfected with p70S6K siRNA or negative control siRNA for 24 hours and then treated with 100 nmol/L rapamycin for 48 hours.
