The ADCVI activity was determined by IC50 that represents concentration (g/mL) of Bi-Fab antibody constructs required for 50% inhibition of HIV. Results are from three separate experiments.
The value reflects the comparison of Bi-Fab-A versus Bi-Fab-B.
