ADCVI activity of HIV-1 by F240 Bi-Fab antibody constructs.

The ADCVI activity was determined by IC50 that represents concentration (g/mL) of Bi-Fab antibody constructs required for 50% inhibition of HIV. Results are from three separate experiments. The value reflects the comparison of Bi-Fab-A versus Bi-Fab-B. Chemical conjugation of Fab fragments of F240 and 14A8 as described in [4]. NT: not tested. |
