Luciferase IVT RNA electroporation permits a highly sensitive assessment of antigen-specific CTL activity. Titrated amounts of IVSB cells were spiked into PBLs and the specific lysis of autologous iDCs pulsed with the tyr_368–376 peptide was assessed using an E : T ratio of 20 : 1. Luciferase signals were analysed after increasing coincubation times. Results are the mean ± SD ().
