Intracellular pH Regulates TRAIL-Induced Apoptosis and Necroptosis in Endothelial Cells

RIPK1 cleavage at pH 7.4 and 6.7. Equal numbers of MVEC were induced to cell death as described in Figure 2 at pH 7.4 and 6.7. MVECs were harvested 8 hours after and analyzed for RIPK1 cleavage (74 kDa and 47 kDa) by anti-RIPK1 and Western blot. Anti-GAPDH was used as loading control. The experiment for cell death and Western blot has been repeated three times and similar result was obtained.
