Dose response evaluation of DI4G. PBMCs from healthy individuals () were stimulated with PHA (30 μl/ml), in the absence and presence of HsPNP inhibitor (150 nM, 300 nM, and 600 nM), and levels of IFN-γ were determined by ELISA 72 h poststimulation.
