Modulatory activity of DI4G in IFN-γ production by PBMCs from CL patients. PBMCs from cutaneous leishmaniasis patients () were cultured with SLA (5 μg/ml), in the absence and presence of compound (300 nM), for 72 h. Levels of IFN-γ were determined by ELISA. Statistical analyses were performed using Wilcoxon t-test.
