The AST/ALT ratio in patients taking short term, long term, and no glucocorticoid. Levels of AST/ALT ratio were significantly higher () in patients who took glucocorticoid no matter long term or short term compared with control. There were no significant difference of AST between short or long term groups. Data are expressed in AST/ALT which is a marker to reflect liver function damage.
