Stabilized β-Catenin Ameliorates ALPS-Like Symptoms of B6/lpr Mice

β-catTg potentiated the apoptosis of T cells of lpr/lpr mice. WT, β-catTg, lpr/lpr, and β-catTglpr/lpr female mice were sacrificed at age 8–12 weeks and splenocytes were isolated. The CD4+ T cells obtained from splenocytes were expanded in IL-2, IL-7, and IL-15 for 5 days. The T cell apoptosis then was induced by using different concentrations of anti-CD3 Ab (μg/ml). (a) The representative FACS results of T cells apoptosis with anti-CD3 Ab (10 μg/ml). The cell pellets were stained with anti-CD3-APC, Annexin V, and 7-AAD surface markers, then the flow cytometry was used to analyze the apoptotic of T cells.
