BATF expression is positively correlated with PDCD1 expression in PBMC, indicating a statistically significant association between these two variables. (b) Correlation between quantitative RT-PCR values of BATF transcript and PD-1 expression in sarcoidosis CD4⁺ T cells (). BATF expression is positively correlated with PD-1 expression in CD4⁺ T cells, indicating a statistically significant association between these two variables. Statistical analysis was performed using Student’s t-distribution for Pearson’s correlation.
