The sensitivity of the test to discriminate between non-Beijing and Beijing genotype TB was calculated in the context of the cutoff values obtained for all TB subjects. A p value less than 0.05 indicates significant discriminatory power. cutoff was determined based on the ROC curve obtained for TB patients and healthy controls according to Youden’s index. to the recommended cutoff, in accordance with the instructions of the anti-TBGL IgG kit.
