Confirmation of RNA-seq data by RT-qPCR after IFN induction. Gene expression for the indicated genes was assessed by RT-qPCR from L929 cells after incubation with B18, 50 units/ml IFNα, or IFN together with B18. β-Actin gene was used as a reference to normalize the data.
