PAFR is important for B16F10 melanoma and TC-1 tumor growth. B16F10 melanoma cells and TC-1 tumor cells were injected (5 × 105 cells) into the dorsal flank of C57BL/6 WT or PAFR KO mice. The left panel shows the tumor growth kinetics of B16F10 melanoma (a) and TC-1 (b). Representative macroscopic images of the tumors at 15 days postinoculation are shown to the right of the tumor growth kinetics; each tumor depicted in the images correspond to the tumors displayed in the adjacent curve. indicates (Mann–Whitney U test).
