Postbiopsy kidney graft survival in pediatric patients stratified according to the donor-specific HLA antibody- (DSA-) C1q status at the time of indication biopsy. Patients with C1q-DSA positivity had a significantly inferior graft survival compared to patients without DSA (). Patients with DSA but without C1q positivity showed comparable graft survival to DSA-negative patients () but significantly better graft survival than patients with C1q-DSA positivity ().
