Immune response induced by pVAXhsp65 vaccination. C57BL/6 mice were immunized with 2, 3, or 4 pVAXhsp65 doses with 14 days’ interval. IFN-γ (a) and IL-10 (b) production were assessed in spleen cells cultures restimulated in vitro with rhsp65. The percentage of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells was evaluated in the total number of spleen cells 14 days after the last dose of pVAXhsp65 (c). Data were presented by mean ± SE of 6 mice and are representative of two independent experiments. represents the difference between immunized and control group. .
