Ethyl Caffeate Ameliorates Collagen-Induced Arthritis by Suppressing Th1 Immune Response

ECF inhibits lymphocyte proliferation in vitro. BALB/c splenocytes suspension (5 × 105 cells/well) or purified T cells (2 × 105 cells/well) were cultured with ConA (5 μg/ml) (a), anti-CD3/CD28 (b), or LPS (10 μg/ml) (c) in the presence of ECF at indicated concentrations for 48 h. The proliferation of lymphocytes was detected using CCK-8 Kit. The MTT method was used to measure the cytotoxicity of sample (d). Results presented are mean ± s.e.m., . , versus control group.
