Infiltration of inflammatory cells decreases in glomeruli of Fn14-deficient mice. SCID mice were intraperitoneally injected with hybridoma cells producing control IgG or anti-dsDNA IgG. (a) By immunohistochemistry, CD3-positive cells were detected in glomeruli. (b) The CD3-stained sections were scored by semiquantitative systems. (c) Iba-1-positive cells were also detected by immunohistochemistry. (d) The Iba-1-stained sections were scored semiquantitatively. There were eight mice in each group.
