Piclidenoson downregulates the NF-κB signaling pathway. HaCat cells were incubated in the presence and absence of piclidenoson (10 nM) for 48 hours. The expression level of PI3K, p-AKT, NF-κB, and TNF-α was tested by Western blot analysis.
