Effect of OSU-T315 on activation and costimulatory cell surface markers after TLR9-mediated stimulation of human B cells. Purified human primary B cells were stimulated with 0.1 μM ODN2006 in the presence of different concentrations of OSU-T315 and were analyzed 24 hours later by flow cytometry.
