Effect of OSU-T315 on antibody and IL6 production and on human B cell proliferation. Highly purified human primary B cells were activated by different stimulators (0.1 μM ODN2006, 1 μM resiquimod, or 91 μg/ml TNP-BSA). Analysis of IgM (a) and IgG (b) was performed after 7 days of incubation, IL6 (c) was analyzed after 2 days of incubation, and proliferation (d) was measured by ³H thymidine incorporation after 3 days of incubation. Plotted data are the means with SEM of 3 independently performed experiments.
