Namalwa cells were stimulated with 0.1 μM ODN2006 in the presence of different concentrations of OSU-T315 and were analyzed 24 hours later by flow cytometry. The cytotoxicity of OSU-T315 on Namalwa cells was assessed by the WST-1 assay after 48 hours of incubation of the cells with different concentrations of the compound. Data are the means with SEM of 3 independently performed experiments.
